∞ fill my place in the world... ∞

... with love and life and for this i am grateful.
i sometimes wonder if i am really filling my place in the world with anything but a 200 pounds of flesh. there are days when everything i say and do seems to cause discord and chaos. and there are days when i cannot do anything wrong. this dichotomy causes me to question if i have ever had a spiritual awakening, and everything i do is just random chance, if everything i have done is only postponing my final meltdown , or if the amount of days i have clean is just some sort of fluke.
what i guess i am feeling today is yet another moment of discomfort when i consider exactly what my place in the world is. this consideration always brings different answers and a time of introspection for me.
so i guess considering the evidence that i have just outlined i have had a spiritual awakening, otherwise, i would not even consider what my place is in the world as a whole and if i am really filling it with love and life. so it all comes down to this... i am just another addict in recovery who has made the choice to stay clean today!
