🚑 a basis for comparison, 🚒
posted: Tue, Oct 1, 2019 01:29:56 PM

is certainly one way to look at pain. as much as i hate to admit it, this whole notion of pain v joy, fits into my spiritual world view. if what is ugly is defined by what i see is beautiful, and i buy that notion wholeheartedly, it then seems that i have to look at pain in a similar manner, dang it all!
so as hell night, turned into hell morning after 3 hours or so of sleep, i am starting to see that this sort of experience is needed to remind me that my job is very rarely this stressful and to be grateful that as my client's busy season starts, mine winds down. the few “heck” have between now and December, will be a nice change from the past thirty days. ironically another one of those “money for nothing” called me as i was in a meeting with my clients this morning. i am surprised they even bothered as i have already responded to their e-mail with the results of my due diligence and called them f*cking crooks. not literally but certainly figuratively and with a bit more tact and diplomacy. i thought i had blocked their number, so they had to be using a different one. if someone from law enforcement wants me to participate in a sting, great. for my sanity and serenity, for now, i give that whole class of slime a very wide berth. which i guess goes to the topic as trustworthiness can certainly be defined by the lack of duplicity, just as cold is actually the lack of heat, or even deeper down atomic and molecular motion. i am however, wandering towards a rabbit hole that i need not get into today. i am tried and far from alert or sharp, so i think it is time to wrap this up and get some more steps under my belt.

2) Those three methods (of government)
Thought olden ways in elegance did fail
And made these names their want of worth to veil;
But simple views, and courses plain and true
Would selfish ends and many lusts eschew.
