uncluttering

i never really thought about unfinished amends being clutter on my spirit, but it does make sense. anything that creates a tie to my active disease days or is something about which i feel guilty, ashamed of or is left unresolved would certainly be a bane to my contiuing spiritual growth.
i have had enough problems lately living in the here and now, mostly caused by my impending anniversary but today i am in a good space with very little care about what may or may not happen in the upcoming days. so i think i will go with the flow, take care of any simmering resentments and try my best to do the next right thing.
