โ the best thing i can give my loved ones is the example of my own ongoing recovery โ

for the sake of the sanity of my family and my own, i must let my relatives find their own ways to recover. on this particu7lar topic, that is more than enough said. first off, let me apologize to my faithful readers, i went away for a few days, and one of things i left behind was my computer. so i did not write yesterday and thought about not writing today, however i decided to move ahead and write before starting what will be a very busy and hectic week. that six days starts today, and if i just jump in and not get a breath of recovery, who knows where i will end up. so yes i had a very relaxing couple of days away from the toil and grind of the real world, far too much time in the hot tub and not nearly enough time with my honey, but i squeeze out what i can, and i am grateful for what time i did get.
so anyhow, time to get some more stuff done, deal with the insanity of the next six days one minute at a time and see where i can be by the time i go to bed this evening.
