acting my way to better thinking

so according to the reading today if i act and speak in a positive manner i will start to think in a more postive manner
how 'bout that!
i like the idea and suggestion that my actions and behaviors influence mu thought processes. it has been part of my experience that this is true. i have already seen my beliefs and opinions change as a result of acting as if...
that does not mean i deny or hide my feelings -- when i feel bad i do not hide or push people away --. what this means to me is that if i act as if i believe that Higher Power is guiding me towards a better place, i will soon believe that for myself (in fact this is how i nurtured my belief in God in my early recovery).
if i choose to speak in a postive manner instead of focusing on the negative, my beliefs and opinions will take a turn for the postive. if i believe that everyone has a good side and act "as if" then i will see the best in everyone.
i have used this concept many times and it has brought remarkable changes to my life.
i now have FAITH in myself, the program and most importantly GOD. i now have HOPE that i will get everything i need and that the source of my recovery has more than i could possibly imagine yet to offer me. i now have the ability to TRUST myself and others and have the lost the attitude that everyone and everytrhing is out to get me.
these changes are more than enough eveidence for me that this is the path i need to be on today

Book 1
1) The skilful traveller leaves no traces of his wheels or footsteps;
the skilful speaker says nothing that can be found fault with or blamed;
the skilful reckoner uses no tallies; the skilful closer needs no
bolts or bars, while to open what he has shut will be impossible;
the skilful binder uses no strings or knots, while to unloose what
he has bound will be impossible. In the same way the sage is always
skilful at saving men, and so he does not cast away any man; he is
always skilful at saving things, and so he does not cast away anything.
This is called 'Hiding the light of his procedure.'
