once more with gusto

okay enough of the fake ones
if i keep busy i will not be able to get nervous about speaking at Harmony tonight. i still have trouble believing that i actually can carry the message to H&I meetings and of course i will freak about it later
i am doing well this morning despite the restless night. I did get everything done before coming into work and had my best meditation session for this week this morning
p'haps i have been sleeping too much and i need to get less sleep instaed of more.
anyway enough of this 4 now
I am grateful I am still kicking this morning!
I want to be able to add more or delete text from existing blogs!
