even i practice a radical acceptance: everything is as it is supposed to be. after the past few days of writing and rewriting my silly little creative bit with AI,i have to accept that no matter what i tell it to do, it is always going to violate the contract and all our agreements. does that make me happy? not in the slightest. it does however, reflect my reality and babysitting AI is what i am getting good at. i also have to accept that maybe the Denver Broncos are not the best team on the field today. that story has yet to be written and it is where i am off to, as soon as i put down c=some coffee and some seemingly random thoughts. one thing i found hard to accept this morning was the way some of the folks on the track in the gym, ignored everyone around them and were oblivious to the fact that they were blocking others from doing their workout. most mornings, i accept that those folks will be there, have no clue and i go on with my workout skimming past them close enough to feel my wind, and maybe smell my farts.
moving into a more spiritual realm, i did use radical acceptance as my entry point into the void and the first fifteen minutes of quiet were exactly what i desired. the last five? well not so much, for some reason my body said we were done and wanted to move. i forced those last five minutes and the graphs on my fitness tracker show that explicitly. hardly radical acceptance, but certainly my reality. 😁 what i do accept is that i want to get up and go and am having trouble staying on task. instead of fighting it, i will just say that right here and right now, every thing is as it is supposed to be, but ask me again in four hours if ii still believe that. GO BRONCOS!
